* Overview:Under the direction of the Shift Supervisor, the Youth Care Worker supervises and assists students in all program related activities using professionally acceptable methods and techniques.
The appropriate candidate will have the:
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and student records.
* Ability to write documentation in student records, routine reports, and correspondence.
* Ability to speak effectively before groups of students and peers.
* Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
