Restaurant Manager
Our newest members of management, Managers in Training (MITs), are provided with a training program that is performance based. The average time of completion is 10-12 weeks. During the program, the MIT will be taught the basics of food preparation, guest service, financial management and other skills. Special restaurants are certified to train our MITs to ensure the instruction is consistent. After the initial training program, management members rotate in the jobs they perform, and are often assigned to various restaurants. This will help the crewmember build on the training provided, and prepare for future advancements. CONTACT Information:

TO SELL, PREPARE AND SERVE FOOD AND BEVERAGE TO CUSTOMERS.
Primary Duties Responsibilities
Maintains refrigerator, freezer and inventories in an orderly and clean manner
Prepackages all food products according to BRC regulations
Receives food and supplies, where applicable
Rotates food supplies according to standard food rotation procedure
Inventories food items
Stocks refrigerators and freezers
Provides friendly, courteous, polite, and helpful customer service
Arranges display of food on back counter, where applicable
Cleans and fills napkin and condiment containers
Cooks and prepares food according to BRC specifications methods and portions
Fills all condiment trays as needed
Promotes Center and bowling whenever possible
